MVC - NO VEHICLE FOUND
09/21/14 2152hrs
Stations 8 and 18 (Nelson) were dispatched to the intersection of Route 49 and Gee Hollow Road for the report
of a vehicle into the guardrails. Rescue 8-8 and Ambulance 8-6 both responded. Enroute, units were advised that the vehicle
was observed leaving the area and all units were cancelled. Chief 18-10 requested that Rescue 8-8 continue to the scene to
provide lighting to check the area. Nothing was located and units remained on scene for PSP before returning to quarters.
SINGLE VEHICLE CRASH ON RTE 328
09/10/14 2000hrs
Station 8 was dispatched this evening to the report of a vehicle into the guardrails on Route 328 in Lawrence
Township. Rescue 8-8 and Ambulance 8-6, and Chief 8-10 responded. Upon arrival, units checked for injuries and set up traffic
control. The patient was assessed and hazards were controlled as members awaited the arrival of PSP and the tow service. Units
operated on scene for approximately 45 minutes before clearing and returning to the station.
